The best Omega of all available! I admit that quality Omega preparations truly work. If you consume Omega 3 and notice no visible changes, then it’s ineffective. After my micro stroke in summer 2017, I experienced significant memory issues and concentration problems. I would forget why I entered a room and struggled with remembering names of films and actors. Initially, I took Omega from Solgar, which did nothing. A good doctor then recommended Nordik Naturals Omega. Skeptical, I started taking it but noticed a change within two weeks. My head felt sharper, and I could remember things I hadn’t thought of since before the stroke. I now feel a clear focus, thanks to that doctor and this Omega. It’s a must-have for my life!

In general, fish oil promotes the formation and full development of brain tissue while stimulating mental development. It helps establish good vision and alleviates symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, including hyperactivity, impulsivity, concentration issues, anxiety, and sleep disturbances in children.

Effective for ADHD
I purchased these for my husband. They contain good, clean ingredients and seem to be effective for him. He appreciates that there's no unpleasant fishy taste compared to the chemist's versions and he doesn't have to take five hundred daily. I heard about them from a naturopath as a recommendation for ADHD. Overall, I recommend these.

Worsened symptoms
I love this product, but it didn’t work for my son; it seemed to exacerbate his attention deficit hyperactivity disorder symptoms for some reason!

Enhanced memory
I take it with my children, aged 16 and 9, 1 capsule three times daily. I’ve noted improvements in attention and memory. Now, I view fish at the store without concern, whereas before I wanted to buy it all.
